Veterinary Assistant

Jessica joined the team in December 2023 after graduating from the Veterinary Assistant program at Maritime Business College in November 2021. She loves spending time outdoors, with hiking, fishing, and camping being among her favorite activities. Jessica is also the proud owner of a Siberian Husky named Hank, who often accompanies her on her adventures.

My favorite part would be getting to know each and every patient and making their visit with us as stress free as possible.

The most memorable moment would be when I helped deliver puppies via c-section.
What is the most unusual pet you've ever cared for?

A 10 year old bearded dragon.

What inspired you to work in this industry?

Ever since I was a little girl I have had a passion and love for all animals. I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else besides caring and helping animals.
How do you collaborate with pet owners to provide the best care possible for their animals?

To provide the best care it is important to communicate with pet owners, and make sure they know their pet is receiving the upmost care.
